From time to time it may become necessary clear the cache from many streaming apps. We recommend you do this from time to time and prior to any major event to avoid any problems.
If you are some reason experiencing frequent buffering issues you can clear the cache of the app from the homescreen. Simply click on the settings icon on the homescreen.
Next click on apps.
Then click on the app you are having trouble with Kodi, Smarters, XCIPTV, or any other app.
Now click on clear cache. **Never clear data**
Always make sure you click clear cache and never the data.
***Clearing data will delete all your account info removing all access to the servers***
Now simply confirm your actions by READING THAT YOU ARE ONLY CLEARING THE CACHE and then clicking OK. I cannot stress how important it is that you are only clearing the cache here.
